Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម ARDB ដល់អតិថិជនគោលដៅ។
- ចុះទៅជួបអតិថិជន ដើម្បីប្រមូលឯកសារ ប្រមូលពត៌មានលំអិត និងឯកសារដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងពិភាក្សាលើការដាក់ពាក្យស្នើសុំខ្ចី របស់អតិថិជន។
- រៀបចំដំណើរការឯកសារ និងត្រួតពិនិត្យឯកសារអោយបានច្បាល់លាស់ ត្រឹមត្រូវតាមលក្ខណ្ឌ របស់អតិថិជនដើម្បីផ្ញើទៅកាន់គណៈគ្រប់គ្រងដើម្បីស្នើសុំអនុម័តកម្ចី។
- តាមដានដំណើរការឯកសារដែលបាន ផ្ញើរជូនទៅគណៈគ្រប់គ្រង ដើម្បីដឹងថាឯកសារដល់ណា និងបំពេញបន្ថែមរាល់ឯកសារណាដែលខ្វះខាត។
- ត្រូវបញ្ចេញឥណទាន អោយបានគ្រប់ផែនការ ប្រចាំខែ និងប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ។
- តាមដានការសងត្រឡប់របស់អតិថិជនឱ្យបានទៀងទាត់។
- ដោះស្រាយឥណទានយឺតយ៉ាវឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព (ករណីមានអតិថិជនយឺតយ៉ាវ)។
- បំពេញភារកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀតតាមការប្រគល់ជូនពីប្រធានការិយាល័យ
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែក ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ឬ សញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែលដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ
- មានជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធន៍ការងារទាក់ទងនឹងផ្នែកឥណទាន យ៉ាងតិច ២ឆ្នាំ
- ចេះវិភាគ និងចុះសិក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
- អាចវាយតម្លៃ និងផ្តល់ជាអនុសាសន៍លើរបាយការណ៍ផ្តល់ឥណទានដល់អតិថិជន
- អាចវិភាគលើរបាយការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ
- មានចំណេះដឹងផ្នែក Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Power Point), Internet & Email.
- ទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយអតិថិជន និងអាជ្ញាធរក្នុងតំបន់
- ភាសាអង់គ្លេសអាចប្រើការបាន
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
