Pension Account
Pension Account is a type of deposit account that allows customers to make fixed monthly savings without requiring large amounts of money while still earning high interest rates. Funds can only be withdrawn upon the customer’s retirement, disability, or resignation from employment. The main objectives of creating a Pension Account are to:
- Encourage employees to build long-term savings habits to ensure future reserve funds
- Offer the highest interest rates to maximize benefits for employees or long-term life planners
- Provide employees with opportunities to save monthly in a safe and stable manner
- Help build reserve funds for personal needs and improve quality of life during retirement
- Enable the bank to acquire stable and predictable capital sources.
