Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in Charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), held a discussion with representatives of Bete Group, headquartered in Chengdu, China, and Nanning Rail Transit Sci-Tech Innovation Investment Co., Ltd., a specialized subsidiary of Nanning Rail Transit Group based in Guangxi, China, to discuss opportunities for Cambodia- China cooperation and explore the companies’ innovative solutions, including Mobility as a Service (MaaS) for agriculture, digital solutions for agricultural inputs, and rural financial services, with the aim of promoting innovation-driven and sustainable agricultural development.
The meeting was held on the morning of Friday, 24 July 2026, at the ARDB Headquarters .
