On August 15th, 2022, ARDB has signed the Subsidiary Loan Agreement with three PFIs – Cambodia Post Bank Plc, Chamroeun Microfinance, and AMK Microfinance under Cambodia Agricultural Sector Diversification Project (CASDP). This ceremony has been presided by H.E Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Cambodia Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of ARDB and has been also participated by representative of Cambodia Post Bank, Chamroeun Microfinance, and AMK Microfinance, as well as representatives from the World Bank, Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. Under this project, ARDB provides wholesales loans to the three PFIs who will provide sub-loans to target smallholder farmer, SMAEs, Agriculture Cooperatives, and producers except rice.
