H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), accompanied by colleagues, have continued visiting Agricultural Cooperative and studied feasibility to province financing with low interest rate at Cheung Tean villiage, Cheung Tean Commune, Samroang District, Oddar Meanchey Province, in the morning of 23 of August 2022.
