Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), ARDB’s delegates had joined the 23rd APRACA General Assembly, The 76th Executive Committee Meeting and Regional Policy Forum on “Green and Climate Finance in Agriculture: Critical Trigger to Sustainable Food System” organized by Agricultural Development Bank of China(ADBC) from September 4-8, 2023 in Nanning City, China. This meeting and regional policy forum have mainly focused the discussion on 1). sharing experience on green and climate finance to solve the agrifood system and 2). policies responses for seamless access to green and climate finance in agrifood system.
