Phnom Penh, April 29, 2025: With the honored permission of H.E. Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), H.E. CHAN Seyha and H.E. BAN Lim, Deputy CEO of ARDB, accompanied by his colleagues, joined a virtual tripartite meeting among the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), Green Climate Fund (GCF) and Korea Development Bank (KDB). The primary objective was to discuss on work progress and next steps under the Cambodia Climate Financing Facility (CCFF) programme.
