The Board of Directors of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank’s (ARDB) convened the 1st Meeting of its 10th Mandate to review, discuss, and approve key agenda items, including ARDB’s Performance and Progress Report for the First Semester of 2026 and Way Forward for the second half of 2026, the composition of both Board committees and other committees, Internal Audit Report for the Second Quarter of 2026 and other agenda items. On this occasion, His Excellency the Chairman of Board of Directors commended ARDB for its achievements and progress during the first half of 2026 and encouraged the Management to continue its efforts in implementing the Bank’s plan to achieve stronger result by the end of 2026.
The meeting is presided over by H.E. Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Chairman of ARDB’s Board of Directors, on the afternoon of Friday, August 07, 2026.
