ARDB Attended Meeting with IFAD Mission and ASPIRE-AT Secretariat to Strengthen Credit Support for Smallholder Farmer under ASPIRE-AT Project

Phnom Penh: On the morning of September 1, 2026, with the high permission of H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of the Rural Development and Agriculture Bank (ARDB), the ARDB project team attended a meeting with the mission team of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the ASPIRE-AT Secretariat team of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, under the “Agricultural Service Programme for Inclusive Rural Economic and Agricultural Trade” (ASPIRE-AT).

The meeting was held at the headquarters of ARDB Bank to review project implementation progress, discuss challenges, and identify solutions to enhance credit support for the beneficiaries of the ASPIRE-AT project.
