• Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality code.
• Develop software application solutions of intermediate to complex complexity for all or part of an assigned project.
• Develops, codes, tests, debugs, and documents application systems to achieve the objectives of the client group relative to identified system needs.
• Design, develop, and test software as part of new product and maintenance development.
• Help investigate issues and support production systems.
• Coordinating with other members of the development team, such as designers and programmers.
• Creating prototypes of applications to be tested by users for feedback on design and functionality.
• Reviewing technical documentation such as user manuals and installation guides to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Performing quality assurance testing on applications after development is complete to identify any bugs or issues that may need to be fixed.
• Collaborating with other IT staff members on projects involving multiple departments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.
• At least 2 years of experience in Java application development, ideally in banking or related systems experience.
• Good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Database (Oracle (PLSQL), SQL Server (T-SQL), MySQL), REST API, SOAP, web service.
• Well understanding of SDLC and project management
• Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations.
• Willingness to learn new software systems.
• Excellent technical writing/documentation skills, design system, and analysis
• Good communication skills in English
• Strong commitment to work under pressure and ability to work independently in a team spirit.
