In the morning of August 25th, 2022, H.E Dr. KAO Thach, Delegate of Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), accompanied by colleagues, have continued visiting Doun Keo district rice producers and Phou Pouy Rice Miller and Phou Kokki Rice Miller to study on the current market status in harvesting season and studied feasibility to provide financing with low interest rate at Bakan district, Pursat Province.
