H.E. Dr. Kao Thach Chaired Discussion with Representatives of Pomelo Group

Phnom Penh: H.E. Dr. Kao Thach, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (ARDB), accompanied by his colleagues, chaired a discussion with representatives of Pomelo Group, led by Mr. Steve Vickers, Chief Executive Officer of Pomelo Group, on key areas that the group’s well recognized program could be integrated with the ARDB’s existing systems, including digital payment solutions, digital banking integration, e-commerce, and market value chain development. Pomelo Group is a financial technology company with operations in several countries across Europe and Asia, including the United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and other.

The meeting was held on the morning of Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the ARDB Headquarters.
