Key Duties and Responsibilities
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- សហការជាមួយក្រុមអ្នកផលិតកម្មវិធី និងជាពិធីករក្នុងកម្មវិធីនានារបស់ ARDB TV ដើម្បីឱ្យការផលិតកម្មវិធីផ្សាយផ្ទាល់ ឬកម្មវិធីថតទុកមានភាពរលូន និងប្រកបដោយគុណភាព។
- ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធដែលជាប្រភពនៃការទទួលបានព័ត៌មានសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីផ្សាយរបស់ ទូរទស្សន៍ និងកម្មវិធីផ្សាយរបស់ធនាគារ
- ធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពបញ្ជីព័ត៌មានដែលបានផ្សាយជាប្រចាំ
- ធ្វើស្វ័យសិក្សា ដើម្បីកែលម្អលើភាសា ការនិយាយ កាយវិការ និងខ្លឹមសារស្របតាមគោលបំណងកម្មវិធី
- បំពេញការងារបន្ថែមផ្សេងទៀតផ្អែកការចាត់ចែងរបស់ប្រធានគ្រប់គ្រង
Qualifications and competencies
(ភាសាខ្មែរ)
- មានកម្រិតសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសារព័ត៌មាន ឬ សញ្ញាប័ត្រដែលទាក់ទង
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាពិធីករក្នុងកម្មវិធីយ៉ាងតិចចំនួន២ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ
- មានជំនាញសរសេរអត្ថបទព័ត៌មាន និង ធ្វើបទ
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង និងប្រាស្រ័យជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធបានល្អ
- មានចំណេះដឹងទូទៅពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យកសិកម្ម
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីកុំព្យូទ័រ World, Excell , និង Power Point
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់សម្លេង កាយវិការ និងឥរិយាបថ បានល្អ
- អាចប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីសម្រាប់កាត់តវីដេអូសម្រាប់ធ្វើការផ្សាយ
Salary and other benefits
- Appropriate salary according to the labor market
- Annual salary increase, good performance bonus, seniority bonus
- Receive allowance for childbirth of employee or employee's wife
- Receive other allowances on health, education, capacity building, uniforms, daily meals, overtime, etc.
